Bright Liner Work Look

So continuing in the work series I started last month. This is the second tutorial in the series, which is really easy to do. I did the look with violet liner for the tutorial but I also like it with aqua or green liner. Make sure to check out the video and read the list bellow to see what I used to do this look.
